Perform AIP for a Pilot Client to provide a deeper understanding into the employee satisfaction survey results of a team whose flagged as 'disengaged'. The team experienced:

  1. High attrition.
  2. Poor performance leading to unnecessary mistakes that compromised the integrity of this business.
  3. Infighting.
